The NanoFit Mask is self-sanitizing because it’s infused with ViralOff® technology by Polygiene, an award-winning Swedish company specializing in advanced treatments for textiles.

Nanofiber Filtration
Our 4-layer replaceable filter is equipped with nanofiber filtration technology and effectively filters particles as small as 0.3 μm (microns).
Viruses such as COVID-19 are often spread through respiratory droplets produced when breathing, talking, sneezing, or coughing. These droplets typically have a diameter of 5-10 μm.
Nanofiber technology provides superior filtration because, unlike traditional filters (such as those found in surgical masks or N95s), it does not depend on static electricity to be effective. If a conventional filter gets wet or damp, it will no longer function properly.
In comparison, our nanofiber filters maintain effectiveness in humid and wet conditions, such as rain, sweat, spit, and condensation produced from regular breathing.

Fit & Wearability
A well-fitting, comfortable mask is essential to ensure the mask stays in place and to minimize mask adjustments that might cause you to touch your face.
A correct fit also ensures harmful particles cannot leak through gaps between the mask and your face.
The NanoFit’s proprietary design has the fit and filtration like a built-in double mask.
Easy-remove elastic ear loops provide for comfortable wear and the detachable neck strap option offers additional support for extended wear.
No Valve Contamination Risk
Some masks, including non-medical N95s, have one or two small plastic pieces imbedded in their fabric called exhalation valves.
These are meant to help release heat and vapor from your mouth as you breathe; however, they can also release viruses, bacteria, and other pathogens from the mask wearer.
Some regions (such as the California Bay Area), as well as most major airlines and school districts, have banned masks with valves.
The NanoFit Mask was designed with nanofiber for excellent breathability without requiring exhalation valves, so you don’t endanger those around you.
If you have a mask with a valve, you’re not really protecting those around you, which is at least half of the point of wearing a mask in the first place.
